Here’s the rundown on Artistry by the Lake in Niagara-on-the-Lake this weekend — and yep, it’s happening right now if you’re there for Canada Day weekend 🎨
The basics
• Dates: July 3–5, 2026 — Friday through Sunday
• Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm daily, though one listing shows Friday 10am-5pm
• Location: Queen’s Royal Park, 45 Front St, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON — right on the waterfront with Lake Ontario as the backdrop
• Admission: Free to the public
What you’ll find
Over 80 Niagara artisans are set up for this juried art show. It’s a mix of original, high-quality art and handcrafted work including:
• Paintings
• Pottery
• Woodwork — including wood-burned guitars like the Beatles one mentioned
• Jewelry, fiber arts, sculptures, photography, glass, and more
The vibe
This is a premier outdoor event held annually over Canada Day weekend. Thousands of visitors come from across Ontario and the U.S. specifically to discover and purchase art. The Niagara-on-the-Lake Chamber of Commerce runs it as a juried show, so pieces are vetted for quality.
Think: stroll the park, chat directly with artists, find unique pieces to take home, all with lake views. Perfect way to spend the holiday weekend.
Tips if you’re going
• Today is Day 2 — the card mentioned Binding Angle selling there today with that wood-engraved Beatles guitar
• Bring cash/card — artists sell directly to buyers
• Parking: It’s a popular spot, so give yourself time. The park is at 45 Front St
• Make a day of it: You’re in NOTL with wineries, the Shaw Festival, and historic downtown all nearby
I will be selling my guitars in Niagara On the Lake for three days July 3,4, & 5th 2026 holiday long weekend for both Niagara Falls NY and Niagara Falls Ontario. Please stop by and check them out. I will have new ones for sale. Full playable guitars will be Tragically Hip, Shawn Mendes, other art pieces will be Luke Bryan, and Alexis on Fire!
